Welcome to the new Canterbury Country Store
Continuing the New England tradition of the country store, the new Canterbury Country Store carries staple groceries, beer and wine, fresh produce, the classic old-time-store assortment of odds-n-ends along side a full service postal window. Step up to the counter and you might even get the latest town low-down!
We emphasize locally made products as much as possible, will partner with local farms for year-round produce, meats and cheeses and will feature local artisans for hand-crafted goods. In addition, food is prepared daily on-site for fresh sandwiches, salads, soups or suppers pre-wrapped and waiting for you. Eat them in the Feed Loft upstairs or take them to work or home.

Morning by 7AM
- Every day egg & cheese wrap or muffin – $5.95 w/ meat – $6.95
- Saturday – Brothers donuts, always a special bake too
- Every Sunday week-end special by opening 9AM: Special breafast sandwiches; $10.95
- Daily bakes of snack cookies 2/$3.50, sweet & savory scones $4, specialty bars $3.50, hand pies $6.50, mini-cakes $7.50
Out in AM for lunch boxes
- Varied every day sandwiches: turkey, ham, roast beef,, cured Italian meats, grilled cheese, cheese & fruit, veggie hummus on an assort of breads until sold out. $10.95 GF options by request Every day Egg salad – $7.95

- Our coolers hold a rotating variety of soups and simple meals prepared fresh for you to take home and reheat.

We are partnering with many local growers and purveyors to offer their fresh goods for sale and also to cook into our daily menus.

The Canterbury Country Store has a full selection of every day brands that you know and some specialty brands you might not yet know. We all eat differently so we offer food that everyone can enjoy including organic, gluten-free and vegan choices.
You will also find household items, gift items, artisan wares and the ol’ time general store assortment of odds n ends.
Artisans
New Hampshire has a rich history of the arts and of fine craft. And Canterbury has a wealth of this talent. As our small space allows, we will carry many local goods and can also direct you to the studios of those we cannot feature.
The community art gallery
at the FEED LOFT
We have created a gallery space on the walls of our seating area, the Feed Loft, that will show the works of local artists by theme and by jury call.
